My hope for you

I’m Elaine Kite, a Mindfulness Practitioner and Certified Life Coach and I help individuals cultivate a more peaceful relationship with themselves, others, and the world around them and offer tools so that they can become their very own coach.

I’d love to share with you some of the tools and practices that have helped me overcome areas in my life that were not serving me and create a life of meaning and fulfillment.

The discipline of deliberately bringing your attention to the present moment to cultivate a more accepting relationship with yourself and others brings so much bounty into our lives.

Mindfulness helps us remove unwanted patterns and tap into our innate power to create and connect to those things we value and love.

The Mindfulness Process Is:

Many modern-day expressions of mindfulness practice rely heavily on various deep breathing and meditation practices. Whereas these are helpful tools to induce relaxation and do have health benefits, The Mindfulness Process that I feel blessed to share with individuals is more of a process of awakening and expanding our consciousness of our ability to understand ourselves more deeply and the world around us.

This process inevitably allows for a deeper connection to yourself and the people you love. It involves the practice of focusing and disciplining the mind. Mindfulness takes work and is a skill that is developed over time. It is one that involves de-categorizing ourselves from limiting beliefs and undermining identity assumptions.

We can use The Mindfulness Process for self-examination, self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and effectiveness. It involves living more in the moment and less in the past or in our expectations of the future. Mindfulness is not escapism but a journey of peace and connection. As we awaken more to the power that we have to create the outcomes we desire we enjoy greater degrees of inner peace, joy, and fulfillment.
