The quality of our lives is determined by the quality of our relationships, both to ourselves and to others and I’d love to help support you in building these bonds.
This is why I’ve created The Mindfulness Process, a deeply rich experience of awakening to who we are and why we are here. We can live a life where we spend our precious time doing what we love and value.
Explore
We will begin our coaching sessions by exploring where you are and becoming clear about where you want to be.
Plan
We will spend some time uncovering limiting beliefs and uncovering your core values. We will find what changes you would like to make and together we will develop and plan the strategies that will best suit these changes.
Practice
After each session, I will send you resources so that you can put these strategies into practice. I will also be available to support you through messaging if there are any questions that come up along the way.
