The Process of Self-Acceptance and Growth

The process of self-acceptance and growth is about rising above our self-limiting beliefs. Beliefs have their birthplace in our childhood. Therefore most beliefs don’t serve us in our adult lives.  Beliefs are formed through our reactions to life events. Things happen to us and then we judge them and form beliefs. 

We need to remember that:

Many beliefs that we come to believe about ourselves are limiting in nature. They not only impact us negatively but can make us feel stuck in life.  The process of maturation accelerates when we take a closer look at those areas in our lives where we experience self-doubt and fear. We can look at those aspects of our lives that we feel are holding us back. What would happen if we stopped thinking these were just ‘part of who you are’ and instead considered them parts of us that we could change were we to take responsibility for changing them? What would our next step be? 

Why we need to make the unconscious conscious:

The truth of who we are is that we are unlimited. Beliefs are the foundations upon which we build our lives. Believing that we are not special is an illusion.

So the question is, what are you here to create?

How, were you created to express your gifts and compassion to the world?

Quiet your mind and your heart will show you. You are powerful beyond measure
